Hospital Services

ATM/Bank Machines
Two 24-hour automated banking machines are located in the Medical Center. A First Charter National Bank ATM is located near the main entrance in the second floor connector hallway. A Wachovia Bank ATM is located outside the cafeteria in the Medical Arts Building. Fees may apply.

Cards, e-cards, flowers & balloons
Cards and letters, including e-cards sent through our website , are delivered to your room. If you receive mail after discharge, we will forward it to your home address. U.S. mailboxes for outgoing mail are located outside the Visitor Entrance and in the lobby of the Mariam Cannon Hayes Family Center. Friends and relatives should address your mail in the following manner:

Your name
Your room number and wing (or room number and building name)
CMC - NorthEast

Concord, NC 28025

Flowers and non-latex (mylar only) balloons are permitted in regular hospital rooms. These items are not allowed in ICU areas for health and safety reasons. Flowers are for sale in our Pink Pinafore Giftshop .

Lost and Found
NorthEast Medical Center Security operates a "lost and found" service; You may contact this service through the Medical Center operator by dialing 3000 on your in-room phone.

Newspapers & Magazines
Local newspapers are available at newsstands near the main entrance in the second floor, connector hallway, outside the cafeteria in the Medical Arts Building and Emergency Department, and in the lobby of the Mariam Cannon Hayes Family Center. In addition, magazines and various paperback books are available for purchase at the Pink Pinafore Giftshop .

Television Information
To watch your television, press the "On" button located on your bedside railing and use the "Channel" buttons to change channels. For FM radio, press the "On" button again and use the "Channel" changer to search for stations. Use the volume dial to adjust loudness. Press the "Off" button to turn off the power to your TV. If you need help with your TV or find that it isn't working, call your nurse's station. Read more online about The Patient Channel ®.
