Individuals are free to use CMC - NorthEast's e-card service for the sole express purpose of sending wishes to a hospitalized patient , and as limited by the following conditions and disclaimers:  

• CMC - NorthEast's e-cards service website may not be used to solicit customers or sell products or services. Confidential and sensitive information should not be sent.
  
• Please use a patient's given name (no nicknames) in the spaces provided and spell properly. CMC - NorthEast cannot be held responsible for undeliverable e-cards due to incorrect patient names or misspellings. The names and email addresses you give us are not sold, compiled into a mailing list, or otherwise used for any solicitation. Undeliverable e-cards will be deleted from our system.
  
• Users must provide a valid e-mail address. The information you provide is used only to customize your greeting with your name and your recipient's name, and to deliver email notifications to you that we have received your request.
  
• This website contains materials protected by law, including but not limited to photographic images owned by CMC - NorthEast. These materials may not be reused or copied in whole or part without prior written permission from CMC - NorthEast.
  
• The e-card service is checked by 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. E-cards are printed and hand-delivered to patients by a volunteer on the next business day with regular mail delivery, excluding holidays and inclement weather days. If the patient has been discharged, every effort will be made to forward the e-card to the patient's home address.
  
• CMC - NorthEast does not assume responsibility for the delivery of e-cards and further assumes no liability of any kind for the information contained in any get e-card sent to patients.
  
• Acceptance of an e-card by this site does not mean that the intended recipient is nor was a patient of CMC - NorthEast.
