The Online Billing Manager is a convenience service to our patients who have incurred CMC-NorthEast hospital charges.  Statements and accounts issued to you from CMC-NorthEast are available for viewing and payment through this online service.

• For assistance with the Online Billing Manager, please email CMC-NorthEast Patient Account Services.  You will receive a response within two business days.
• For questions about insurance payments and adjustments made to your account, please contact CMC-NorthEast Patient Account Services at 704-786-2620.

Please note that any charges or statements that you have received from your physician are not included in the Online Billing Manager.
