CMC-NorthEast's free ASK FIRST service brings you Health Advice Lines, a telephone-based health information library designed specifically to expand your knowledge on a wide range of health topics. Advice Lines can be accessed 24 hour a day, seven days a week.

During your call to any of the Advice Lines, you may wish to speak with one of our ASK FIRST nurses. An ASK FIRST nurse will be able to provide you with answers to specific health-related questions, a physician referral or register you for one of our classes. All you have to do is press "*" on your phone and an ASK FIRST representative will be ready to take your call.
