The CMC-NorthEast Pediatric Diabetes Program offers comprehensive education and support, helping children learn to live with diabetes.  Our team serves as a link for diabetes care between their families, schools and their diabetes physician.  We have a dedicated Pediatric Diabetes management staff, which includes certified diabetes educators, registered nurses and registered dietitians, along with a pediatric endocrinologist.  Our team members work together to provide families and patients with intense diabetes education, as well as assistance in obtaining the necessary resources to successfully manage this disease.   

Whether your child is recently diagnosed and in need of very basic information, looking for a "refresher" course, or ready for more in-depth information, all are welcome.  Children and families who learn as much as possible about diabetes feel more confident in managing their disease, rather than letting the disease control them.
