ASK FIRST is a free service of CMC-NorthEast that allows you to access health information by telephone and find a doctor. Staff members are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist callers with their needs.

If you have questions about a current illness, basic health information or need to find a new doctor, a registered nurse is on duty with information. Whether it is directing the caller to the appropriate level of care, finding a physician or learning about the health and wellness classes offered at CMC-NE, the ASK FIRST team is ready to help you.

ASK FIRST also offers comprehensive Health Advice Lines which offer recorded information on a wide variety of health topics. Choose the link for the Advice Lines along the right side of this page.

If any person has a concern about patient care and safety that the medical center has not been addressed, we encourage telephone follow up with our medical center's management by calling Guest Services at 704-403-1526.
