Our Surgical Weight Management Program has been awarded the American Society for Bariatric Surgery's (ASBS) "Center of Excellence" designation as well as the Blue Cross and Blue Shield's Center of Excellence award, meeting stringent criteria for overall program requirements. In addition, Cigna Healthcare has also designated CMC-NorthEast as a Certified Hospital for Bariatric Surgery .
