The goal of this system is to assure patients, families, visitors and guests that CMC - NorthEast readily accepts all valid concerns, and will strive to seek resolution when at all possible. Anyone who reports a concern will be given the assurance that current or future access to care will not be compromised. Our Guest Relations line is monitored 24 hours a day/7 days a week by a skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff, who will actively listen to your concerns, and ensure they are logged and forwarded to the appropriate Department for resolution.
