Guest Relations


CMC - NorthEast has in place a system for the management of Guest Relations' issues. This allows for the reporting, investigation and resolution of all conflicts, concerns, complaints, and grievances.

The goal of this system is to assure patients, families, visitors and guests that CMC - NorthEast readily accepts all valid concerns, and will strive to seek resolution when at all possible. Anyone who reports a concern will be given the assurance that current or future access to care will not be compromised.

Our Guest Relations line is monitored 24 hours a day/7 days a week by a skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff, who will actively listen to your concerns, and ensure they are logged and forwarded to the appropriate Department for resolution.
